1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Due to COVID-19, we're improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so there may be a 3-5 day delay in processing your orders.
We value quality and sometimes our products are crafted by individuals experienced in hand sewing. This means it takes time to have your order processed and then 1-3 business days to have it shipped out to you.
Before your order is shipped, Swimweme has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different from shipping time alone.
♦ Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
♦ If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together.

As a result of COVID-19, we will sterilize the products and packages, you can rest assured to purchase orders.
2. Shipping Cost
International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the weight of the items, the destination country postal code and the desired shipping method(Standard/Free). To check the shipping cost to your country, add the desired items to cart, fill in your address and select the shipping method, you'll see the shipping cost.
We currently offer two shipping methods:
Free Shipping – is FREE on orders over $49.99 and it takes approximately 10-20 business days to reach you from the time of order.
Standard Shipping – Shipping times are between 7 - 15 business days. Local US packages are shipped by USPS. Shipments are made according to the nearest warehouse to you. Most packages are shipped by air. (If you choose this shipping method, will be charged $6.99 shipping fee)

♦ The above 4 countries are the countries where we can provide transportation services. We do not provide transportation services for other countries temporarily. If you want to place an order, please contact us by email.

3. Order Tracking
Please note that for each shipment notification email you receive, tracking may not be available for the first 24-48 hours. If 48 hours have passed and you are still unable to track your order, please contact us to ask for help. Once you get your tracking number from our email, you could learn the status of your parcel by entering our tracking number on the tracking page of the courier's official website.

4. Tax collection
Our shop does not charge any taxes and fees. We only charge product fees and logistics fees. You can check the bill details on the payment page. If you are charged by the local post office, you will need to bear it yourself. We are not responsible for it.
